We revealed another key ingredient of a spicy marriage. Yes, "Friendship." Establishing a friendship with a significant other that you plan on spending time with for the rest of your life is worth the investment. It takes about a year or more to see a person for who they are. Christ gifts us with a spirit of "discernment" to help us see who we have embraced. John 15:13 reminds us that greater love is an example of someone willing to put oneself in harm's way for another.
